Site work and paving for a road / highway in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for a Seal Coat Project. The scope includes approximately 3,267 square yards of E-1 Prime, 3,267 square yards of Asphalt Surface Treatment, 23,096 square yards of Asphalt Seal Coat, and 9,584 square yards of Asphalt Fog Seal. All work and materials must comply with current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Bidders must submit a bid bond equal to 10% of the contract. Within 20 days of receiving notice of award, successful bidders must provide a performance bond and payment bond each equal to 100% of the contract, along with proof of workers compensation insurance. Proposals must use the forms provided by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
