The project consists of selective demolition; lead paint abatement; concrete; concrete masonry units; structural steel framing; cold-formed steel framing; flashing and sheet metal; firestopping; joint sealants; steel doors and frames; wood doors; access doors; aluminum windows; door hardware; glazing; gypsum board; tile; resilient base; acoustical insulation; painting; toilet accessories; signage; insulation of mechanical systems; wet pipe sprinkler system; plumbing fixtures and trim; air conditioning and ventilation; testing; adjusting; and balancing (TAB); raceways and boxes; electrical; interior lighting; and miscellaneous related work.
