The project is for pre-construction management services for the Surge Narrows Revitalization Project. The Surge Narrows Store, originally established in the late 1920's and closed in 2007, is planned to be redeveloped as a community hub. The facility, which includes a wharf and upland property, has been dilapidated for some time. The project aims to renew the facility to provide improved marine infrastructure, enhanced community infrastructure (such as recreational and cultural amenities), and improved emergency support capabilities. Submissions are preferred to be in the form of a single PDF file delivered electronically through the specified portal. Once submitted, proposals may not be viewed or changed, but corrections can be made by submitting a new version with clear communication to the designated email address. The owner is not liable for delays or issues in submission delivery. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
