The project entails the replacement of an air handler coil #6 at the Riverside University Health System - Medical Center (RUHS-MC). Due to the critical nature of this equipment, the production of the replacement coil must be aligned with the approved project schedule discussed between the Contractor and RUHS Project Manager. The coil will be lifted to the roof using a crane provided by the awarded vendor. All work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as applicable safety standards. The scope covers the production and delivery of the replacement coil, coordination of the crane lift, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations during the process, and maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference/job walk and must have a hard hat, safety vest, work boots, safety glasses, ID, and a business card for attendance. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who did not attend the mandatory conference/job walk. Event Pre-Bid Meeting note: Hard hat, Safety vest, work boots, and safety glasses are required at the Job Walk. (Job walk is on rooftop of Medical Center building).
