Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Moreno Valley, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 175,000-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility.

Construct an approximate 175,000 gross square foot, 3-story Specialty Ambulatory Center at Canyon Springs Campus focused on procedure-intensive services including surgery, endoscopy, infusion, and imaging as well as related specialties in cardiovascular care and interventional radiology. The building is to be partially or wholly designed to OSHPD-3 building standards and will include supporting site improvements. The building shall be certified to a minimum of LEED Gold. Estimated Design & Construction Cost: $275,000,000. Pre-qualification requirements: Not specified.
