The City of Columbus wishes to make certain public improvements for Project #26-09 CR 200 S & Terrace Lake Road Improvements. Quotes are to be submitted exclusively through the electronic bidding system, Ion Wave Technologies, before the published closing date and time. No other submission methods are accepted. Submitted quotes will be opened and reviewed at the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting. An award will be made following verification of the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The signed Quote Form will serve as the contract. Bidders must submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) and a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance with the quote. Required insurance coverage is at least $300,000 for any one person and at least $1,000,000 for any one accident. All work must be completed by May 29, 2026, with a penalty of $100 per calendar day for late completion, excluding weekends and holidays. Contractors must obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any necessary closures. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
