Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The "Work" includes but is not limited to: providing all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and incidental to perform inspection, preparation, drilling, injection of acrylic grout resin and or polymer grout, patching drill holes, and clean-up. Work includes coordination with SEPTA Operations and EM&C Staff, managing safety program, sealing hairline cracks, expansion joints, wide cracks and penetrations in concrete structures using 1) positive side waterproof grouting methods: where holes are drilled through the member/structure to the positive side of the leak and 2): negative side waterproof grouting methods: where holes are drilled from the negative side of leaking cracks to minimize the incidence of reoccurring leaks.
