The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways requires one Consultant to provide roadway materials testing services, including check testing and laboratory services related to asphalt mix, granular aggregate, soil, and salt materials; asphalt concrete mix design and testing services for Ministry surfacing projects; preparation of asphalt concrete correlation samples and performance of appeals testing for End Product Specification (EPS) asphalt concrete projects; and training of Ministry staff to perform various asphalt mix and aggregate tests. The main laboratory must be located within a 25-kilometer radius of 1610 Park Street, Regina, and will serve as the destination point for materials samples and support projects in the southern and central areas of the province to ensure efficient access and timely results.
