Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is procuring construction services to rehabilitate and upgrade the Lewvan Drive and Dewdney Avenue intersection, including roadway and traffic signal improvements. This project will address safety concerns, congestion, and operational inefficiencies at a high-volume intersection. The improvements will increase turning capacity, better accommodate future growth, reduce traffic delays and upstream queue. The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to: - Pavement rehabilitation and road failure repairs - Localized repair and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and landscaping - Repair and reconstruction of underground services - Landscaping - Traffic signals - includes daylighting utilities, infrastructure removals, installation of traffic signal poles, etc. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
