Commencement of the project (schedule, contracts with subcontractors, workshop drawings, etc.) following the award of the contract; . Certain works on the existing structure in accordance with the client's instructions until the end of the school term; . All external works and refurbishment works within the building from 29 June 2026 for Sector 700 and from 25 June 2026 for the other sectors; . All works relating to the refurbishment of Pool 8.3 and the facades of the main lean-to from 1 June 2026; . Provisional date of acceptance of the works: 16 October 2026; . Completion of the works, including rectification of all defects, by 30 October 2026 at the latest. An optional site visit is scheduled for 30 April 2026 at 12.15 pm. The meeting point for this visit is the main entrance to La Magdeleine Secondary School at 1100 Taschereau Boulevard, in the town of La Prairie, province of Quebec, J5R 1W8.
