Site work for a water / sewer project in St Catharines, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Proposed Thorold West Flume 2025-T-43. The flume is located outside the Pen Centre Mall parking lot in the City of St. Catharines. The project involves work related to a 750mm diameter concrete sanitary sewer pipe and the Region of Niagara SCADA facility for this site. The Plant SCADA System at the St Catharines Port Dalhousie WWTP includes fully functional SCADA screens of the flume, utilizing an open channel Ultrasonic level transmitter (Siemens SITRANS LUT440) to calculate flow through the partial flume, displayed as flow on the SCADA system. Bid submissions must be made online in English unless otherwise specified. Question Deadline 05/06/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Documents can be obtained at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca Bidders shall note that access to the site will be restricted up until the time of construction. As such, bidders are invited to attend an optional non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting for the following date and time, where access to the site will be permitted. This will be the only time that bidders will have access to the job site. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet confirming their attendance at the site meeting. No allowance will subsequently be made for any errors or omissions on the part of any bidder.
