Description

Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.

Dyer County is accepting bids for HVAC removal and replacements at three locations. The work includes the replacement of one 5-ton gas unit at the Dyer County Health Department; one 3-ton split unit, one 3-ton 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, and one 3-ton evaporator coil at the Building and Zoning Office; and one 5-ton split unit, one 5-ton 130,000 BTU Gas Furnace, and one 5-ton evaporator coil at the Dyer County Agricultural Ext Office. Removal and disposal of the existing HVAC units is required.
