Site work for a water / sewer project in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Relocation of the existing sanitary sewer in conflict with replacement of the bridge over the Forked Deer River on SR 211 (South Main Ave.). Install a new gravity sewer, manholes, and bore under SR 211. Existing sewer to remain abandoned-in-place. Bidders must: - Affirmatively insure non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. - Not appear on the Sam.gov debarment list. - Obtain contract documents through the issuing office to qualify as Bidding Document Holders; bids from non-holders will not be opened. - Hold a current contractor's license in the State of Tennessee. For joint ventures, each party must provide licensing information. - Submit bids on the provided Bid Form, which must not be detached from the bid manual. - Provide security deposit of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. - Provide Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, if selected. - Clearly mark the outside of the sealed bid envelope with contractor's license number, license expiration date, and relevant license classification. - Bids must remain valid for sixty (60) days after opening. - The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids.
