The OMHM is conducting an open public tender for post-disaster repair works on flat no. 8 and its building at the Hochelaga housing complex, located at 545 Joliette Street in Montreal, in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough The project involves carrying out all works in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of works includes the complete interior refurbishment of flat no. 8 following a fire. The flat has already been largely stripped back, and the planned works are as follows: - Repair of the roof structure, installation of all interior finishes, replacement of interior doors and windows, and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with the plans and specifications. - The following refurbishment of the building and communal areas: replacing the balcony soffit, a section of the parapet and roofing, and replacing a window in the stairwell The works will be carried out in a three-storey building comprising 17 flats intended for families, couples and single people.
