Site work for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work consists of removals, the installation of new ball diamond backstops, dugouts and player benches, foul ball fencing, dog park fencing and gates, granular pads, asphalt pathway, infield mix, baseball accessories, and soil and sod. The major components of the work include removals, site grading, the supply and installation of 5.5m tall chain link backstop fencing, 1.83m tall chain link dugout fencing with players benches, 1.22m tall chain link foul ball fencing, 1.5m and 1.22m tall chain link dog park fencing, dog park person gates, installation of base, pitching mound and home plate anchors and bases, supply and installation of infield mix, granular pads, asphalt path, soil and sod.
