Standing Offer for material testing and inspection services at 8 Wing CFB Trenton, Ontario, with services that may be required including, but not limited to: inspection services; consultation and reporting for subsurface conditions; soil bearing investigations; reinforcing steel and formwork; and site conditions. Work also includes compaction testing, sampling and testing of concrete, asphalt and aggregate. Field reports and final reports are required for all types of testing or inspections, including laboratory results. The Standing Offer is expected to be awarded to one firm for two years, with an option for a one-year extension. Consultants are to assess their capacity and interest, and to prepare for the solicitation process, including initiating any necessary steps for required security clearances.
