Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The existing Stevens EP TPO membrane on the City Hall roof is failing, causing numerous and frequent leaks. The roof area is approximately 19,000 sq. ft. Two alternative solutions for repair are being considered, and the choice will be based on the bids submitted. Scope of Work Option 1 -- Full Roof Replacement (PVC) Remove existing roofing, replace damaged insulation, install HD ISO coverboard, and install a 60-mil PVC membrane with heat-welded seams and new edge metal. Option 2 -- Full Fabric-Reinforced Restoration High-pressure wash, apply primer, reinforce all seams, embed full-roof polyester fabric in base coat, and apply UV-resistant topcoat.
