The Project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition of existing draft tube, installation of owner-furnished pump mixing system and valves, furnishing and installing mixing pipe and appurtenances at the City's resource recovery facility (RRF) located at 1100 Clark Fork Lane, Missoula, MT 59808 (Project Site). The work is located in Digester 2, the Digester Control Building, and the Administration Building. The Contractor(s) is required to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and must comply with the City's Affirmative Action Policy. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids specified above. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of not to exceed 60 days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible Bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula.
