Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, lockout/tagout procedures, and other resources necessary to perform electrical repair services for a failed medium-voltage switch. Services include furnishing and installing new porcelain insulators, stainless-steel hardware, and one new S&C fuse holder assembly within Switch 1, a Park Switch model PM255-2-2-2-LF. Work shall also include cleaning and lubricating switch mechanisms in accordance with NFPA 70B and manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures, performing insulation resistance and contact resistance testing, and conducting all required shutdown, de-energization, safety, and lockout/tagout activities. The contractor shall demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience repairing, testing, and performing lockout/tagout procedures on medium-voltage equipment. All work plans, materials, testing procedures, and scheduling requirements shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative prior to performance.
