The work of this project in Springfield, Massachusetts includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the upgrade of eight (8) existing concessions and installation of Owner-Furnished Products and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be submitted and will be considered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. The successful general bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and also a labor and materials or payment bond as set forth in the bid form. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to procurement@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026. In order to be eligible to bid on this contract, all sub bidders must be certified for the estimated filed sub bid costs below.
