Work includes providing cyclic maintenance to the Bandy Creek potable water storage tank at the Bandy Creek Campground. The scope of work consists of cleaning, surface preparation, corrosion removal, coating application, minor hardware replacement, vent screen repair, and tank disinfection. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding, safety systems, confined space entry equipment, environmental containment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The work is intended to restore protective coatings, correct deficiencies identified during inspection, and extend the operational life of the tank that supports potable water service to Bandy Creek Campground and associated park facilities.
