National Park Service (NPS) Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO) is issuing combined sol/synopsis for a requirement to rehabilitate Interior Flooring Components of Bandy Creek Visitor Center and Interpretation/Education Buildings. Work to include sand and refinish approximately 4,700 square feet of hardwood flooring across both facilities. Project Location: 151 and 143 Stable Road, Oneida, Tennessee 37841 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238330 Flooring Contractors $19M In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 - $50,000. Period of Performance 5/19/2025 to 7/18/2025 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
