Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Oneida TN Sewer System Rehabilitation - 2022 ARC consisting of approximately 322 LF 8" Folding PVC CIPP, installation of 249 LF of 12" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, 3 new precast manholes, rehabilitation of 35 manholes, the rehabilitation of 6 grinder pump stations in the collection system and all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings in accordance with the Plans and Specifications The allotted time for construction is 120 calendar days. Bids from anyone not on the Engineer's Bidders List will not be opened. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
