The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, freight, delivery, and all required licenses and permits necessary to complete the replacement of HVAC systems at Shadow Mountain Village. The contractor shall remove and replace all specified electric in-wall heaters and associated components, including programmable thermostats, in residential housing units. The scope also includes removing and replacing five existing furnaces with a Lennox EL196UH070XE36B series furnace, or approved equal, featuring single-stage operation, 96 percent efficiency, and a variable-speed constant torque blower. Base work further requires the removal and replacement of four boilers and sidearm water heaters with Peerless Boilers Series 63 gas boilers, or approved equal. All work shall be performed in accordance with contract requirements and applicable codes and standards. Location: Shadow Mountain Village, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest, Grand Lake, Colorado. Magnitude of Construction Between $100,000 and $250,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 486 calendar days.
