The existing grease trap at B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility is undersized and unserviceable, causing frequent backups and posing risks of foul odors and health code violations. The Contractor is to remove, relocate, and replace the existing unit with a new 90 gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor or approved equal. The new grease interceptor is to be relocated to the exterior of the facility. The Contractor is to demolish and replace all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area to match existing. The Contractor shall field verify all dimensions, utility line locations, and site conditions prior to performance of work. . Questions: Due to the Government no later than 1:00pm CST- 01 May 2026 a.
