Mexichem Fluor Inc. (MFI) is working under Department of Energy Grant DE-MS0000009 to design, engineer, plan and build a Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) plant in Louisiana, United States of America. MFI intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for a prefabricated Power Distribution Center (PDC) Building shall be a factory-fabricated, fully integrated and tested modular enclosure designed to house electrical equipment and control system cabinets. The PDC shall include structural building including platforms, 15KV switchgear, 5KV switchgear, 5KV MCC, 480V switchgear, 480V MCC, VFDs, UPS systems, 125VDC system, High Resistance Grounding (HRG) system, Power Management System (PMS), grounding and bonding system, lighting, HVAC, fire alarm system, panelboards, dry-type transformers, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), wiring, inter-connecting cabling, and cable management system ( trays, conduits). The building shall be suitable for outdoor installation in an unclassified area and designed in compliance with applicable ANSI, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and local code requirements. The supplier shall be responsible for complete design, fabrication, factory assembly, inspection, testing, and delivery of the PDC as a single engineered package ready for field installation and connection.
