Reference Number 0000421319 The City of Westminster is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of a Comprehensive Trails Plan. The plan will replace the 2014 Open Space Stewardship Plan providing a holistic approach to trails planning, including a full inventory, condition assessment, and recommendations to support safe, sustainable, and accessible trail networks across the Citys Open Space system. The Citys goal is to use this plan to guide trails maintenance, improvements, and expansion in alignment with ecosystem management plan, public recreation, and community engagement objectives. This RFP outlines the scope of work, requirements, and conditions for proposing. The successful Proposer, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, will enter into a contract with the City for the completion of the work outlined herein.
