Sealed proposals are sought for approximately 25,602 square yards of Asphalt Seal Coat, Single Application, and approximately 25,602 square yards of Asphalt Fog Seal. A Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the contract is required from all bidders. The lowest responsible bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond each for 100% of the contract amount, along with proof of workers compensation insurance. All work and materials must comply with current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be submitted using the forms provided by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
