Rubidoux Community Services District is seeking quotes from qualified industrial contractors to perform professional chemical descaling, cleaning, and pipeline rehabilitation services on an existing 4-inch brine discharge pipeline at the Anita B. Smith Water Treatment Facility. The pipeline currently has severe internal scaling that has not been resolved by conventional mechanical cleaning methods, such as hydro jetting and mechanical cutting tools. The selected contractor will be responsible for restoring the pipeline's internal diameter and re-establishing its discharge capacity. Please refer to the Request for Quote for the full list of requirements. Deadline to Submit Written Questions - Due by 2:00 p.m. 04/27/26 QA deadline updated from 04/27/2026 as per Adda 1.
