Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bartow, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete sidewalk and curbing improvement along Golfview Avenue from Georgia Street to MLK Boulevard. This project is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor standards, nondiscrimination requirements, and regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All awarded bidders shall comply with all applicable state, local, federal regulations as established by HUD, including but not limited to requirements related to labor standards, equal opportunity, and Section 3 provisions.
