The Owner invites bids for the 2026 Phase 2 Columbia-Brazoria Roofing Package. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form, either hand delivered or mailed, with all blank spaces for bid prices filled in with ink or typewritten, in both words and figures. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Owner and designated "2026 PHASE 2 COLUMBIA-BRAZORIA ROOFING PACKAGE", bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, their address, the name of the project, and the date of the opening. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the bid being rejected and considered nonresponsive. If forwarded by mail, the sealed bid envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at the designated bid opening location. The Owner may consider any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with these provisions and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled bid opening or authorized postponement. No bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty days after the actual date of the opening.
