The project consists of installing a 75' x 200' vegetated treatment area (VTA) with a concrete-bottom settling basin and gravel berm, stone trench, and subsurface drainage at the site on Hardy Road, in the Town of Springport. Contractors must attend the site showing in order for their bids to be accepted. Bid proposals must be received at the office of the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District by the specified deadline. Facsimile bids will not be accepted. E-mailed bids will be accepted, but bidders are responsible for ensuring their bids are received on time and in the correct format. The District Board reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
