The intent is to enable evaluation of respondents knowledge, capabilities, and experience to provide engineering services supporting the implementation of quick-build pedestrian safety improvements at five school locations. The purpose is to enhance pedestrian safety near schools by deploying temporary countermeasures designed to reduce vehicle speeds, improve pedestrian visibility, and shorten crossing distances for students who walk or bicycle during school hours.
