This solicitation is for the one-time purchase of repair services for the installation of 1,500 feet, 12-inch SDR 35 pipe (supplied by TWRA) at TWRA's Flintville Hatchery at 49 Fish Hatchery Road, Flintville, TN 37335 (Lincoln County). All site visit information will be in accordance with Terms & Conditions 1.2. All questions and comments are due in accordance with Terms & Conditions 1.4. Specifications and terms & conditions are attached. Bidders must read the entire bid, including the Event Details, Specifications, and Terms and Conditions and any other attachments. Q/A:- Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2026. 1. Work shall be completed during June 2026 and/or July 2026 to keep disturbance of trout production to a minimum. 2. All work shall be completed by Friday, July 31, 2026. 3. The Contractor shall install 1,500 feet of 12-inch SDR 35 pipe. See the Appendix for images of the pipe. 4. Layout area where pipe shall be placed. See Appendix for images. 5. Shall shoot grade to determine fall needed for adequate water flow to maintain gravity flow. 6. Shall excavate 1500' x 24" x 30" trench. a. The spoils shall be stockpiled on site for back fill. b. Excavation shall be done in sections of roughly 150' at a time. 7. Shall place 12" SDR35 pipe that will be supplied by TWRA. 8. Installation of a discharge, overflow, or bypass structure upstream of the tie-in to the existing metal pipe. This will allow flow to be diverted to the stream if repairs to the line are needed in the future. 9. Shall furnish and install stone to encase pipe. Use 57 grade stone. 10. Shall fill with dirt that was previously removed. 11. Once pipe is installed, shall connect to existing water supply with 12" valve to start the flow of water. 12. Contractor shall perform a post-installation pressure test of the 12" SDR 35 pipe to ensure that it is installed properly and leak-free. 13. Shall furnish and spread grass seed and hay/straw to promote regrowth of grass. The grass seed can be the contractor's choice. 14. Shall leave the work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
