Description

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

The opportunity is for the procurement of TP-1B – Building Civil & Earth Work for the new Burke Mountain Community Centre. The site is a sloped greenfield area containing an existing watercourse and three tributaries, two of which need reconstruction as part of the project. The work involves substantial excavation, shoring, dewatering, soil removal, and installation of water management systems. Tree retention within the project boundary is not anticipated, and all necessary provincial permits for watercourse works have been secured. EllisDon Corporation is acting as the Construction Manager and will manage the tendering process and receive proposals on behalf of the City of Coquitlam. Question Deadline 04/29/2026
