Clarke & Glenayre and Lougheed & Woolridge Intersection Improvements generally consist of the following: Clarke Rd & Glenayre Drive – Conversion of protected left turn signal phasing to protected only, and safety improvements to address deficient vertical sight lines of southbound vehicles; Lougheed Hwy & Woolridge Connector – Conversion of left turn half signal to two-stage pedestrian signal, provision of a safe highway crossing for pedestrians and bikes, concrete works, and other miscellaneous and incidental works as further described in the contract documents. Tenderers must download tender documents and drawings from the City of Coquitlam website. Printing of these documents is the sole responsibility of the tenderers. Tenders must be accompanied by a copy of the original specified 10% Bid Bond. All inquiries regarding the tender are to be submitted in writing referencing the Tender Name and Number to the provided email address before the deadline for inquiries. Tenderers are required to check the City’s website for any addenda or updated information.
