The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea,a municipality located in Broward County, Florida, hereby requests bids from a licensed contractor as further defined in Section 2 of this invitation to bid ("Services") to provide renovation of existing El Prado Park. The Contractor work shall include but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing shade structure, hardscape, landscape, and appurtenances, and new construction of a new shade structure, lighting, landscape, pavement, and utilities as detailed in the attached plans. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for renovation. The work includes all labor, material, equipment and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in Section 1 of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
