Randolph County Commissioners will receive bids for the construction of a Highway Garage Storage Building located at 2256 US-27, Winchester, IN 47394 (PROJECT 2518-3). Each bidder must submit a bid bond, money order, cashier’s check, or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Randolph County. Facsimile delivered bid forms will not be accepted. All bids must comply with relevant laws. Randolph County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the lowest bid.
