Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,300-square-foot municipal facility.
Reference Number 00005187667 1 ) Replace aluminum entrance door, frame and hardware at Main West Entrance. 2) Replace aluminum entrance door, frame and hardware at Office East Entrance. 3) Construct new fire-rated interior partition with rated steel doors to create new Paint Storage Room . 4) Replace 2 existing steel interior doors with new doors, frames and hardware. 5) Fabricate miscellaneous guardrails, handrails and gates to replace existing at stairs and mezzanines a shown. 6) Install new painted gypsum board ceilings in areas where noted on drawings. 7) Install new painted gypsum board on existing framed walls where noted. 8) Replace existing boiler flue with new flue as shown on the drawings. 9) Replace existing fuel oil storage tank. 10) Install new makeup air unit with heating coil and exhaust fan as shown on the drawings. 11 ) Remove existing dust collector where shown. 12) Replace electrical outlets near sinks with GFCI-protected outlets. 13) Provide additional exit signage.
