Children's Home, a nonprofit located in Binghamton, New York, invites qualified General Contractors to submit competitive bids for its Campus Redesign Project, CR#: 2134195 The Contractor should be aware that alternate bidding is being used for this project. A certified check or cashier's check payable to Children's Home of Wyoming Conference, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Amount, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor obligations under the Contract Documents.
