Renovation of a residential development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
OPWDD's Broome DDSO is requesting quotes for the Harding HVAC System project. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. All quotes must be submitted on the Official Bid Form provided and include a materials and labor cost breakdown. Prevailing wages must be paid, and vendors or sub-contractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor, with a certificate submitted with the quote. Awards will be made to the most responsible and responsive vendor providing the lowest cost and meeting the requirements detailed in the scope of work. The awarded vendor must adhere to the specified time frames and submit certificates of Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance, Lobbying Law Forms, and a signed Appendix A. Broome DDSO's interpretation of specifications is final. In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded to the earliest bid received.
