Scope of Work Provide Labor and Materials: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete cafeteria renovations, including removal and replacement of floor tile with required subfloor preparation, replacement of ceiling tiles throughout the cafeteria, installation of FRP wall panels, and painting of walls. o Floor tile removal includes abatement of regulated materials in accordance with the MEC Manual abatement design documents. See supporting documents in bid posting. o The Contractor shall subcontract a licensed environmental contractor if not qualified to perform abatement. o All work includes removal and legal disposal of existing materials, code-compliant installation, and coordination as required. Disposal of environmental materials shall comply with CPS Specifications Section 02 82 14. See MEC Manual documents for supporting information. o The Contractor is responsible for verifying quantities and providing all required closeout documentation.
