Renovation of a library in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Undertake targeted upgrades to four public washrooms (two men's, two women's) located on the first floor. The work includes restoring and resealing heritage floor tiles, repairing and colour-matching damaged heritage wall tiles, replacing deteriorated washroom metal partitions, refinishing wood entrance doors and frames, updating accessories, patching and painting walls and ceilings, and carrying out various other upgrades as outlined within the Design Drawings and Specifications. The contractor is to work closely with the BGIS project team to ensure standards are upheld and the finished product meets intended quality and presentation objectives.
