Site work for an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a primary / secondary education facility.
Design and Installation of Wick Drain and Preload (grade raise to Finished floor elevation and surcharge) system of building footprint and 5 m beyond in all directions to allow the construction of the slab of the proposed school as slab on grade and proposed grade raise. The soil improvement measures that allow for the slab loads and for the cut and fill required for the finished grades shown in the contract. Tenders will be accepted from the General Contractors prequalified by the OCDSB.
