Reference Number 0000321455 Repairs will be conducted in the affected tenant storage rooms from the 12th floor down to the basement level of the North Tower, resulting from a large leak originating on the 12th floor North Tower. The scope of work includes the reinstatement of exposed drywall and paint in the tenant storage rooms on the 12th, 9th, 6th, 5th, 2nd, and 1st floors North Tower, applying epoxy to the floor where required after the removal of floor tiles and carpet, and re-insulation of pipes within service shafts. All necessary measures will be taken to restore the areas back to their original condition. Bids must be submitted online.
