The work includes the construction of approximately 47,800 gallons of bituminous material for micro surfacing (CQS-1P), 680 tons of micro surfacing scratch course (MnDOT Type 2), 820 tons of micro surfacing surface course (MnDOT Type 2), and 51,345 linear feet of pavement markings. Digital plans are available for a download fee, and an optional paper set of project documents is available for a nonrefundable price, which includes sales tax and shipping. Please make checks payable to Bolton & Menk, Inc. and send to the listed office. Bids will be received by the City Administrator and opened and publicly read at the Office of the City Administrator. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
