The existing hot water system consists of a boiler, system pumps, expansion tank, and associated accessories, with equipment close to the end of life. The project includes replacement of the existing boiler with a high efficiency boiler, new system pumps, boiler pump, and accessories. The existing expansion tank and chemical feed systems are being replaced as an alternate bid. Pre-qualification: Required
