Construction of the 2026 PAVING PROGRAM includes pulverizing asphaltic pavement, excavation, grading, base aggregate dense, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveways, curb ramp installations, asphaltic pavement, pavement marking, and erosion control. Approximate major quantities include 18,800 square yards of pulverize asphaltic pavement, 5,400 cubic yards of excavation, 6,350 tons of base aggregate dense, 5,300 tons of asphaltic pavement, 3,000 square yards of concrete driveways, 6,690 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 17,100 square feet of concrete sidewalk, lawn restoration, and pavement marking. This is a unit price contract with estimated quantities inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, with all blanks filled in for the bid to be accepted. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of five percent of the bidder's maximum bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the full amount of the contract price. Prime Contractors must list all subcontractors and suppliers whose individual total value is $1,000 or more.
