Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Acushnet, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Town of Acushnet, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced licensed contractor with commercial experience to provide renovations to the HVAC system at the Council on Aging facility according to the attached scope of work located at 59 1/2 South Main St, Acushnet, MA 02743 . The contractor shall be fully licensed and insured at the Town's standard rates. Contractor is responsible for pulling all required permits. Permit fees imposed by the Town of Acushnet will be waived. The building area is approximately 6,300 square feet. Replacement of 4 gas furnaces and a/c condensers.
