Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fairburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Strickland Street Pedestrian Improvements Project. The primary scope is installation of a 5-foot concrete sidewalk along the west side of Strickland Street, from Spring Street to Elder Street. The scope of Add Alternate #1 consists of the installation of pedestrian lighting. All work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed with Construction (NTP). Bids must be submitted sealed. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 60 days after the time designated for receipt of bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities. Questions of a technical nature must be submitted in writing via electronic mail. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Last day to submit questions in writing to purchasing@fairburn.com.
